CANCELLATION POLICY

• Deposits are non-refundable. They secure your time slot and will be applied toward your remaining service balance. • Cancellations do not result in a returned deposit. • Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new appointment will be required to book with a new deposit. Same day cancellations will result in a 50% cancellation charge. • No call / no shows will be barred from online booking and a 50% fee will be applied. Arrival Policy Please arrive on time or a few minutes early. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and the time cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals. Rescheduling Policy Clients are permitted one reschedule per month, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day rescheduling is not available. The deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will have to be put down.
